 MetroNews Statewide Sportsline is West Virginia's only nightly statewide radio talk show. Hosted by MetroNews Sports Director, Tony Caridi, this one hour sports show caters to WV sports enthusiasts. Special attention is given to WVU sports programs, but Marshall Univ., WV Conference schools and high school sports are also a big part of the conversation. Caridi is joined on a regular basis by "The Blue and Gold Boys", Greg Hunter and Bob Bucy, Mitch Vingle from the Charleston Gazette, and others. MetroNews Sportsline also features guests and topics from the world of sports and, of course, phone calls from listeners. Whatever or whoever is news in sports, be assured that someone, somewhere in WV will bring it up for discussion here.
